This is what Trump said yesterday—not just in his head, but out loud—at the National Prayer Breakfast:

“They rigged the second election. I had to win it. I had to win it. I needed it for my own ego. I would’ve had a bad ego for the rest of my life. Now I really have a big ego, though.

I understand that a pathological narcissist is installed in the U.S. presidency; I understand that this demented individual feels entitled to illegally destroy thousands of jobs in an effort to have his name glorified at an airport and a train station.

It took Trump barely a year to destroy the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. He fired its artistic board and staff, replaced them with stooges, drove away performers and audiences, decimated attendance, and pasted his name on the walls. Now, he's shutting it.

A ruling and a sermon:

Matthew 19:14: “Let the little children come to Me, and do not hinder them! For the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these."

John 11:35 is famously the shortest Bible verse: “Jesus wept.”
U.S. District Judge Fred Biery finds that Trump and his apparachiks are demonstrating “the perfidious lust for unbridled
power and the imposition of cruelty”; that they “know no bounds and are bereft of human decency.”

And adds, “the rule of law be damned.”

Nonsense. A "joint federal and state" investigation is the last thing we need. We need state prosecutors to do their job unhindered: indict the murderers for murder and indict Noem, Patel, Bovino, and Bondi for obstruction of justice.

Murder is a state crime. Local prosecutors must indict the murderers of Renee Good and Jeffrey Pretti, even though federal authorities are trying to block and obstruct them.

Every public official—Trump, Vance, Bondi, Noem, and on down—lying to cover up the ICE killings is guilty as an accessory to murder. If the Trump era ever ends, there must be a reckoning.

It would be useful for reporters writing about Trump's silly "Board of Peace" to mention one country that is definitely not a member: the United States.
