Arizona native (born and raised). I mostly talk about football on my page. Go Pack Go.
The Miami Heat lack mental toughness on the road. They’re in a slump and are getting killed by 3s. They’re feeling the pressure and are responding with sloppy turnovers and bad shot selection. Bam is a nice player but is not a superstar team leader.

While the Blazers are not very good at slashing and drawing fouls, they are elite at 3-point shooting. They have the same assists as the Heat so their 3s are coming from guys just dribbling and finding their spots.

Watching Blazers-Heat. The difference in this game has been Donovan Clingan. He’s just such a dominant post presence. The Heat basically have to shoot middies and 3s perfectly to avoid dealing with him. He’s nothing special on offense. Overall, a very competitive, near-tie game at half.

Donovan’s dunks are electrifying when he’s Clingan onto the rim!

This is exactly what I was referring to yesterday in my tirade. People who vote for Trump are irredeemable assholes. Unfortunately, their votes affect the rest of us too. We have to suffer because of their decisions. We live in a society. We die as a society because the majority reject pluralism.
Incredible quote here from a Somali small business owner in Minneapolis who voted for Trump. minnesotareformer.com/2026/01/19/a...

“The truth always lies somewhere in the middle” has to be one of my least favorite phrases. Sometimes, one side is actually truthful and one side is actually malicious and lying!

I fucking despise every single person who voted for Trump. They looked at him and decided "yep, we want that. He represents what we're all about". I know we're supposed to be mad about the billionaires and propaganda, but honestly, MAGA folks have agency. They're morons who deserve to be shamed.
So this is why Trump is fixated on Greenland. Vengeance strikes again. This guy is dangerous.

Bills should’ve fired Beane and kept McDermott. For my money, McDermott is a top 5 coach. This whole coach carousel was entertaining a few weeks ago. Now, competent coaches are getting thrown under the bus by GMs.

Normally, I would say that a Super Bowl repeat sucks, but in this case, I’d rather have Maye v. Stafford than any other combo.

Darnold is great as a meme but he doesn’t strike me as a top tier QB. Love the Seahawks defense but their offense just doesn’t have much aura outside of JSN.

Well, that was an anti-climactic ending. Just a normal ass field goal. Bears magic came to an end.
Why, as a Packers fan, am I sad about that?
I rooted for their demise then I was cheering for them by the end.

McVay drowned under the same pressure that LaFleur did. This is proof of why you keep LaFleur. Good coaches aren’t perfect, but they are rare to come by.

Fuck it. Caleb Williams Bears v. Drake Maye Patriots Super Bowl!
January 19, 2026 at 2:40 AM
That was a good drive with a sad ending. Bears defense has a Herculean task ahead of them.

What’s a catch? 😒

The Bears RG is not very good at pulling. He’s too big and clumsy. They tried twice in a row with him. 1st time he tripped. Caleb still made the play work. 2nd time he’s late to the block and Monangai faces a big TFL. Rams are 31st in TFL yards. Should avoid that type of run in the following drives.

Even when the Bears DBs drop back into coverage instead of blitzing and the pass rush is not getting home, they’re still killing it. Brisker is player of the game as far as I’m concerned.
January 19, 2026 at 1:54 AM
Left side of Bears O-Line is holding up just fine even with the Trapilo injury causing them to put Thuney in at LT.

Bears veteran players came to play.

Rams corners are getting beat in zone coverage. DJ Moore is not just taking their lunch money, he’s stealing their lunch boxes too.
January 19, 2026 at 1:33 AM
Geez. Staffers is terrible in the cold. At this rate, the Bears are gonna win.
January 19, 2026 at 1:25 AM
In other words, McVay learned nothing from last week’s game between the Packers and Bears. Whatever advice LaFleur gave McVay isn’t working.
Rams gotta use more motion to get Davante open. Puka has had a solid game. Bears are daring the Rams to run the ball. With even game script, Rams have no reason not to run the ball in the 2nd half. They should do so out of more wide formations, otherwise those DB blitzes will continue to stop them.

Caleb William’s mobility is so important on those screen plays. Burden has been the Beast of Burden in the Bears passing game. Loveland has had a few drops.
January 19, 2026 at 12:58 AM
Dennis Allen honestly somehow is the best coach on the field right now. Both OCs seem out of touch with game situation. Rams DC is lucky that weather is favoring him. Bears look like the better team even though score is tied. Mainly, it’s because Caleb is really good at scrambling.
January 19, 2026 at 12:50 AM
The Bears were driving down the field with the dink and dunk but decided to change to running the ball on 3rd and 4th and short. Honestly, a short PA play to Loveland would’ve been better.
January 19, 2026 at 12:45 AM
Caleb Williams is really good in structure playing the sink-and-dunk game with snappy passes and toughness in the pocket.
