FYI: by turning off "Smart features" Google also turns off spell check and the promotions & social tabs.

The EU must evolve into a geopolitical player. The path to this isn't via joint EU debt issuance. That's what high-debt countries push - for selfish reasons - and is the path to ruin. A better path is to start governing like a geopolitical force. Stop running after Russian money would be a start...

South Korea's exports to tiny Kyrgyzstan just reached half a billion Dollars in one month. This stuff is obviously not headed to Kyrgyzstan but is going to Russia. The West is guilty of a collective failure on Ukraine: chasing short term profits instead of shutting down autocrats. We must do better.

Markets are desperately looking for safe haven currencies. Swedish Krona is increasingly in focus: a well-run country that had the good sense to stay out of the increasingly dysfunctional Euro. Swedish Krona is also very undervalued: it's where it was in 2008. Lots of potential for appreciation...
