What do the gang do as soon as the room starts?

I ended up tracking their movements using Lego pieces on a battle map, D&D style.
It was a lot of fun to run this one

As a puzzle designer, I 100% agree with this.
As a fairly lazy procrastinator with imposter syndrome, I 500% agree with this.

I changed the way I work a couple of months ago to follow this advice, it made a big difference and my productivity went up by miles.
