My feelings exactly.
As I reflect on this GoA press release celebrating a policy of making it easier to take water out of natural watercourses in AB & the effective elimination of conservation holdbacks in closed basins the more uneasy I become.
Water is life.

Cutting wait times for water
Alberta’s government has cut wait times for Water Act licences nearly in half over the last year, saving Albertans time and money.

Absolutely.
This is so sad for our seniors. My mom is 88 and the whole online booking process is intentionally confusing and difficult to navigate. We will be able to help her but many seniors may not have anyone. She’d be way more comfortable just going to her Co-op pharmacy that she is familiar with.

What a night, Edmonton-Strathcona!

Albertans deserve better. And today, they chose better.

I’m deeply honoured by the opportunity to serve Edmonton-Strathcona and all Albertans as a Member of the Legislative Assembly. Thank you for putting your trust in me!
Naheed Nenshi has been elected in Edmonton-Strathcona.

Albertans sent a clear message tonight:
Better. Is. Possible.

Brutally frank judgment from Justice Feasby in what was effectively an application that the case management judge in a high conflict matter recuse themselves: Paul v Stephenson (Estate). "This application was without merit and should not have been commenced" & a waste of scarce judicial resources.

We have waited a long time for this but it's good to see it esp in the form of joint statement. While the focus is the West Bank it's also good to see this: "There must be no unlawful transfer of Palestinians from Gaza or within the West Bank, nor any reduction in the territory of the Gaza Strip."

Gotta love Bono in this new interview praising Canada for rejecting Poilievre the populist and electing the thoughtful, intelligent & competent Carney. “51 reasons to love Canada,” indeed.

Poilievre is reviled and Carney is revered inside & outside of this great country. 🇨🇦

Such a one sided survey. If you oppose GoA standards you are asked to explain. If you support GoA standards you get a libertarian pass.
This is such a shitty survey.
The UCP are interested in banning some books. They've put together a survey. It doesn't ask for any names/personal info.

Canada you kicked this man to the curb? I am ashamed of you, many fell for the CON lies and misinformation.

Justin Trudeau was a GREAT PM who truly loves CANADA.

What a shame how badly this man has been treated.

I have always liked him and voted for him

I will miss his kindness and humanity.

Good information. I want retailers to put this visibly on shelves etc. with the goods so consumers don’t have to pick up and examine every item. The boycott would be more efficient and effective then. If Made in Canada, they should alert the consumer whether the product partially is from the U.S.
When buying Canadian, look at the labels. If it says “Product of Canada,” almost everything comes from Canada. If it says “Made in Canada,” as much as half of it comes from elsewhere.
