The kids who were afraid of needles grew up and projected their needle trauma into government policy, replaced scary needles with patriotism, broke our herd immunity, and can be proud of the resurgence of previously eliminated diseases.

I know I can't travel to the US because I'm not trained to respond under the threat of guns in my face and I don't know how to stop my normal reaction to jump in and be The Helper. Thank you to the everyday people witnessing and recording evidence.
