@jessedjenkins.com On the latest Shift Key, you're talking about TX requiring 24/7 solar firming and said CCGT is ~$2k/kW. But wouldn't they use plain GT for peaking, or maybe even diesel genset if they're just ticking a regulatory box and don't actually plan to run it?

What would those cost?
