Commander Tartar continues telling about the specs of mission, Project Wright. The screen shows a dumbo octopus with a flexing bicep, a biohazard symbol, a wing and an ink tank on its monitor.
🤖 Tartar: You both were genetically engineered to have strengths and abilities beyond normal Dumbo Octolings. However...that pesky Octarian Military had heard of our project and sought to get their tentacles on you both for their own purposes.

The flashback cuts to younger military Twinta and Olivia infiltrating the Deep Laboratory from the air vents. Infant subject 01 and 02 are shown in their test tubes. Commander Tartar continues explaining what happened to Orv.
🤖 Tartar: One night, about 20 years ago, the Octarian Military sent spies to capture you and 01 for themselves...

The flashback continues as Tartar tells more about what happened that fateful night. Twinta shatters the test tube containing infant Orv, but the security system is alerted and he and Olivia carry young Orv away from the Deep. The alarms blare and sanitized security Octolings and Octo troopers rush in to stop them.
*ALARM BLARING*
-LOCKDOWN FACILITY!
🤖 Tartar: Luckily they only managed to abduct one of you.
Orv is shocked and realizes how much of his life makes sense now. He thinks to himself,
