I knew the moment clair obscur was praised by non jrpg fans for "saving the genre" for doing shit rpgs already did was the death knell but playing it has made me realize it's probably not my thing. Combat feels like a bad love child between punishing dark souls combat with the restrictions of rpg

I love my industrial cause even when it jumbles stitches it still sews but man I wish there were better guides on how to set it. It has the same parts as a domestic but the tension dial has no numbers so I have very little sense of how loose or tight something is

wish I could get 2x faster at sewing bias tape cause it's the superior method over trying to keep bias from stretching or warping when top stitching. Sigh. I'm gonna have to get over my stubbornness and do it the slow way

Ugh I hate when I plan to use bias tape for something but the curve or corner that needs to be drafted is either too sharp or too shallow for the bias tape to lay properly. Prob need some hand sewing finesse

Getting kinda demoralized by the amount of problems the shed space has caused with my work flow but I'm not sure I can do much besides get some boxes to organize better and make future plans to get a second job to improve the space. It's really not working for me at the moment

I think I finally found machine settings that work for more unruly fabric so hopefully sewing is less of a headache... also god my home sewing machines are garbage
