I'm moving into a house (which explains radio silence). My landlord increased my rent for the next tenant by 340$.
That’s almost a 40% increase. Pretty sure this is not legal. Hope the next tenant looks up their rights.

I'm not one for exercising but I have found that doind a 20 to 30 minutes of stationary bicycle in the morning really does kickstart ye olde machine and feels good 😅
