it wouldnt have been anywhere near as bad if i wasnt actually trying the hardest i ever have. i finally started working out again. its not a lot, but its fucking something. and im eating so much more and ive been so proud of myself. and what do i get after 2 weeks? 0.1 kg lower than when i started

Doesn’t fucking matter if I eat until I’m nauseous I still don’t put on weight and on top of the haircut I don’t think my body image has ever been worse
