My eyes are as blue as my politics, don’t let my red hair fool you. Fighting RA, fighting MAGAs, fighting for my clients as I do that lawyer thing. One grown up kid and two Italian greyhounds. Vaccines & masks work, get them, & use them. I miss Ruth.

The loudest female voices in politics today are screaming messages of hate, intolerance, and ignorance. Drown those out and let you daughters strive to be @repjasmine.bsky.social @ocasio-cortez.house.gov @mallorymcmorrow.bsky.social and other female leaders shouting love, freedom, and tolerance.

I haven’t been posting much, rendered speechless by the horrors of this administration, but today, my clothes are doing the talking.

About the FSU shooting. Many seniors there hid under their desks when their high school, Marjory Stoneman Douglass, got attacked the exact same way. One trauma is more than enough, a second is unimaginable.

Gov Waltz on @allinwithchris.bsky.social
Thank you for reminding us real people can be politicians and politicians can be real people.

Speaking out and speaking up, he is definitely the coach we need.

So glad I didn’t watch TV last night. Instead I dropped off six recent Amazon purchases, sending them all straight back to Bezos. Then I took my kid for ice cream, which always makes the world seem like a happy place. Just hearing the recap and the lowlights of the theater is bad enough.

I don’t know where to shop. I hate nearly all of the stores now.

@maddow.msnbc.com
Wow. Just wow.
You are the best friend and colleague we all wish we had. As always, beautifully said.

Happy Gotcha Day! This little one came into my life just days before the pandemic, helped me get through it, and continues to brighten my every day.

I completely understand the resignations in protest and those publicly doing so, by and large, seem justified. BUT, who’s going to protect us and ensure laws are followed? Are we shooting ourselves in the foot? There’s no easy answer and every answer I can think of is not a good one.

Mistakes are human, we all make them. However , when the pharmacy dispenses the wrong medication, it’s pretty damn scary.

Have you heard any MAGA friends or family, or simply people who chose to vote against Kamala, expressing regret? Do they get it yet or do they need to send their children to fight in Gaza before they recognize this is their fault? They deserve every damn ‘I told you so’ we can muster.

So Greenland, the Panama Canal, and now Gaza. It’s the most fucked up version of Monopoly ever. I just want to pass go, collect $200, and land someplace better than here.

I wonder who on the Trump team is responsible for finding a way to blame Biden for the aircraft collision

Can we start a petition to get @maddow.msnbc.com back for longer than 100 days. Four years would be way better

Is it just me or is the new press secretary nasty? The lies are bad enough but the haughty tone is… well… I’m not a violent person and wouldn’t do it, but…. Kinda makes me want to punch her in the face
January 28, 2025 at 6:34 PM
Today was insane at work and so my TV was on mute. Just the banners were depressing. It’s going to be a long, difficult four years

Just when you think there’s nothing else to destroy, 40fucking7, finds a new target to blow up. My head hurts. My heart hurts. I grieve the society we should have been.

Not gonna lie, that brought tears to my eyes.
Thanks, Joe.

Prepare to not be surprised. Senator Joni Ernst is voting yes on Hegseth. So much for the moral character of our armed forces active and retired.

I wasn’t feeling all that feisty about politics the last couple of months, though I remain a news junkie. Everything has changed and I’m back. @maddow.msnbc.com 5 nights a week for 100 days. I feel inspired again with her blunt attack on the transition. Thank you MSNBC. I’ll watch this space.
