Oh no! What if they use the shut down to shutter the Department of Education! Or cherry-pick parts of the EPA to focus on making it “cheaper to buy cars, heat homes, and run businesses”?! Wake up.
If we enter a shutdown, Congressional Republicans would weaponize their majorities to cherry-pick which parts of government to reopen.
