Squid Games S2 was pretty good. S1 edged it overall but it was still an enjoyable story. Things got a little too chaotic this time to get super attached to characters, and the shock value was dulled a bit, but they still managed to pack a few surprises. I look forward to next year for S3 endgame!

Cautiously looking forward to "Superman" (2025) ahead of its trailer debut this week. Press get to see the trailer today, so it should leak or be officially posted before Thursday when it's expected to attach to Mufasa's general release.

People often wonder in cinema discussions why sequels like Gladiator II get made and forget about the fallout effect we see now; lots of young people checking out the unquestionable brilliance of Russell Crowe's vengeful and tortured Maximus in 2000's "Gladiator" for the first time. Awesome to see!

Spider-Man 4 dated for July 24 2026. Tom'll be 30, although he'll film it while 29. It hits cinemas 2 months after Avengers: Doomsday. Historically this is as far as it goes for Spider-Man, with no prior 4th solo outing. Hoping for Tom's continued presence & pave a way for live action Miles Morales.
