I'd always felt Reliq and Nananji were the "married in all but ceremony" type, but that feeling has changed recently.
In particular, I'm getting the impression that Nananji's "Homecoming" scheme might be, at least in part, a test of their relationship that'll determine if he's going to propose.

However, there are some things about it he's totally indifferent to and would change on a whim if it weren't a hassle.

Staring at hex code colors hurts brain.
Finding out fun things while figuring out complementary colors, though.
Like, of course, Reliq's design is good. His maroon hair and blue eyes are split-complementary to his skin tone.
Also, Nananji's green is apparently complementary for both of them?!

Absolutely. I'm always happy to "steal" various traits, interactions, and dynamics from other ships as fuel for my little guys.
They've helped me consider how Reliq and Nanji might thrive as a couple despite a considerable power gap.
Always just a fan of cozy and competent couples too.

He's very meticulous about looking his best for others. So, he takes his time to look for nicks, bruises, or blemishes to treat or glamour away.
He might start to spiral, though, if he sees something that glaringly doesn't match up with his mental image.
