5->7 Demacia ONLY adds a teamwide damage effect that usually does slightly less damage over the 3 maximum procs than 2 Piltover's Electrical Overload (breaks even on 2000 HP targets).

Stoneplate is 7 Demacia Garen's most built item in Plat+ (and is honestly still overused in GM+ at top 5, especially considering that Cloak makes Vayne's best item).
This is one of the worst possible tank + item combination in the game.

btw i think bsky automatically has it so the only posts that you see are in english, so to turn that off:
settings > languages > content languages > unselect english so you see all languages
