I remember handing these out when I worked there!
Remember Tekserve, the independent Apple-focused repair shop located in New York City? (1987-2014)
I found some neat tech FAQ and Macintosh troubleshooting PDFs they made on some old Apple CDs, so now they're up on the Internet Archive for easier browsing and discovery!
