It’s funny how our puny lizard brains work. My entire adult life I’ve said, when my weight goes down to 200lb, I’ll feel good. Well, for the 1st time since 1994/95, I’m below 200 yet my noodle sees myself & still says some mean things. Ya’ll, it’s a number, be kind to yourself & others. 😘

Why are there leaf blowers? What is the actual point? I have AirPods with noise cancelling and can-style ear phones over those with noise cancelling and it is still so LOUD!

I have too many ends to weave in and need to block it, but I finished the #MysteryMusiKAL. I always enjoy participating in #Westknit’s #MKAL and I loved #knitting it this year. Love my colors and the #LesGarcons yarn. But wow this pattern is a trip!!! When I get good photos, I’ll share.

The matter of fact delivery of the facts in this book forced me to stop reading at one point, I was shaking so much. Terrifying!

Living a mile from the border of DC, I’ve accepted that if this happens, I’ll be flash fried almost immediately. For all that is good, I hope for that to be true.
