Mushrooms

Pink mushrooms on a medium grey background. There are four(4) mushrooms. One big, one medium, and two small. In order from left to right: Small, big, small, medium. The stems and caps of them are fully pink. The caps have white dots speckled about of varying sizes. The smaller dots are usually next to a bigger dot, but not always. The mushrooms are shaded to look like there is light coming from the right (viewers perspective).

Shoulder to above head drawing. The character drawn has a light purple skin tone, her face has light pink blush put lightly on her cheeks, nose tip, ear lobs, and the tip of her chin. Her eyes are quite big and her irises take up most of them. Her left eye (viewers perspective) is a bright dark blue and her right eye is a medium purple. Both her eyes have a bright yellow star in the middle of them. Both of her eyes have three highlights in the bottom of the iris. These highlights are in the same configuration in both eyes a line a dot and then another line. Deep Sea Mermaid ⸜( ˃ ᵕ ˂ )⸝

A deep sea mermaid! They have long hair that reaches to what would be their hip bone. Their hair is a dark green. They have a light blue skin tone with scales drawn on their upper arms. They have a black mermaid tail and it is fully black up to their hip bone but creates a Ombre effect up to their waist. Their tail goes out of view at the top right corner. Their tail has triangle shaped spikes that protrude upward. These spikes are a bright dark blue, they have webbing (like a frogs fingers) in-between them connecting them. This webbing is the same color as their skin. Their face is not shown as this art just depicts their back. The background is a blue with a hint of purple, it has fluffy streaks of a lighter color throughout. It adds lightness but it also gives some pink notes, but not so much as to really add pink to the piece.

A work in progress character sheet for a vtuber inspired by the night sky and the auroras. Their main pallet is that of the night sky, dark blues and dark purples. but the trim of their vest is painted to look like the auroras. The top trim has the colors of the north aurora while the bottom trim has the colors of the south aurora. She also has a overskirt that splits open in the middle of the front and back of it. The overskirt is designed to have the colors of the north aurora and it is sheer. Her shoes have not been colored yet.

A feminine character that is heavily inspired by Akiko Higashimura's art style (Creator of Princess Jellyfish). She has big verticaly oval eyes. She has bangs that show as three different puffs. She has a side ponytail that is shaped to look like three hearts one right after another. Her outfit is a dress with poofy sleeves and skirt. Her sleeves have two layers to them, the outside layer is transparent so you can see the inner layer. There are faux flowers in-between these two layer. Her skirt has ruffles along just above the hem and just above the ruffles are flowers with their stems decorating the skirt, the petals of the flowers come out of the skirt. On top of her skirt is an apron that is held in place via a lace up belt. The neckline of the dress has ruffles along it.

She has short hair that makes a curl over the bottom part of each of her ears. Her hair also curls on her forehead above her ears. She has micro bangs that stick out like they have been curled. She has big eyes that has makeup that sticks out from the bottom and top of them. The makeup is long triangles with a single circle at the end of each ( resembling a jesters hat). She is wearing a jesters hat with three points (one facing her back and two facing either side of her). She has a long nose with blue and highlight on the tip of it. She has tiny lips with lipstick creating a cave opening like shape with highlight in the center. She is wearing a ruffley collar. Her eyebrows thin out quickly over her eyes, they have a small about of bulk to them but they thin out about halfway to lines. Her eyes look wide open but are hooded so they look droopy.

Digital sketch page from me testing out some brushes. A lot of the practice art is of noses paired with a single eye and two of them have mouths. One of them has an outline for the bottom of the face shape with blush on both cheeks. The sketches are in a reddish hot pink and a vibrant blue. The blue face sketch is more somber while the two hot pink ones are happier in expression. A lot of the other tests are of blocks of both colors to see how well the brushes blend with themselves. Some of the color blocks are blended with the blenders also in the brush pack. Therre is a big puddle shaped blob of color which is purple but shows tints of red in places and is more blue on the left edge of it. This is because I used both my hot pink and blue on top of each other to see if it would make purple and it did! There are also some solid shapes made with the hot pink color to test out the fill pen in the brush pack these are in the middle to bottom of the page. The background color is a few shades lighter than a lime green.

Perspective and pose practice for this one!

A new practice piece! This one is doing some sort of squat with one leg in and one outward. The body part closest to the "camera" is the outward leg. But I would say the perspective on this one is not extreme, just a tad bit of dynamic-ness. Somehow the clothes are my favorite part of this? Overall though, I'm glad I finally am starting to experiment with new poses. :] The base for this one! I made a base drawing just trying to get a good base for the pose as I rarely do dynamic poses or anything besides standing for that matter lol. I'm glad I stepped out of my comfort zone for this. :)

Didn't use a reference for this one. This one definitely leads more towards stylized vs. realistic. Not too bad tho! This one was based off of a reference! The red on grey makes it harder to see ;;. The reference I was using was an angled sitting pose. I tried to get that depth look with the legs, I can kind of see it but it's not as dramatic as the reference.
