As the end of year approaches all SMEs are chasing down the last few invoices to and we are no exception. Any ideas on how to get a university to pay up. I have added interest charges, as we are permitted to do but still no movement. What would you suggest in this scenario?

Read an article today from @Starlingtrust.com making the distinction between when something is problematic and when it's a problem. This applies to everyday organisational acumen not just financial services supervision. Keep a watching brief on that which is problematic in case it becomes a problem.

@imagineifu.bsky.social Another thing to look out for in terms of keeping you digitally safe is the exploitation of @microsoft.com Teams. It's a great tool for collaboration but like anything if there's a bad actor in the mix it can be used to track you. Watch out for location tracking.

Why are employees spied on in their private life? The same companies who criticise hackers are guilty of similar behaviour towards employees. Employees should not have spyware placed on their laptops, or have their phones tapped. Better legislation and regulation is needed to prevent this!😔
