A person just wanting to talk about stuff he enjoy openly. No politics or anything. Movies, games, and such.
Deus Ex on PS2 is surprisingly good. The fact I could talk to the terrorist leader, get info out of him, shoot him in the face, lay him on a box of explosives, shoot that box with .30-06, turn him into giblets, and simply be called a jackass by my brother is amazing. The story continues...

Every single day For the last few years has felt like the last couple hours of Metal Gear Solid two being repeated over and over again but without any of the cool robots

I am finally sitting down and playing Deus Ex. The PS2 one is the best port, right?...right?

"Hey so what's with all this gunpowder?"

"No no it's firewood."

"Mhm hmm, ok. What's your name?"

"Uhh James Explodey"

Do you think the gunpowder plot would have succeeded if Guy Fawkes had been able to come up with a better alias than "John Johnson"?

Watched Machete Kills immediately after the first. Better across the board. It just goes further with the satire, while hitting peak highs of explotation films. Such as absurd violence, kills, performances, dialogue and plot.
Worthwhile watch for a dumb, fun flick.

Machete is still a great flick. It's a violent, over the top, satire movie. Ridiculously fitting with the current state of things. Beyond the political points that can be made, it's a movie about a guy hacking off limbs, and acting out terrible dialogue that takes it self seriously. It's holds up.

I absolutely did not actually think we'd get Helldivers 2 on Xbox. Especially after yesterday's spiral of bad news.
Very happy about this. Especially because of those armors...

Not sure what's disheartening more about today with the mass layoffs. The fact it was a tectonic shift and a sign of where things are going? Or the amount of people I've brought it up to who said, "Huh. Crazy." Then droned on about a new skin, or hitting prestige in a game they are playing after.
