I’m about to spend an entire week cooking for my friend who just had a baby and her family. I’m so excited! One of the ways I show love to others is by acts of service and I haven’t had any opportunities to do that for anyone in so long. I can’t wait🥰

It was the man who broke my heart. Mind he blocked me but he’s been watching my socials for who knows how long, took screenshots and sent my therapist this long email about how concerned he was for my wellbeing. He even tried to contact my sister. Now ask me if he’s tried to talk to me….
My therapist found my social media where I let all my sue-of-sidal thoughts fly. Time to shut it down
