Simple question for #leaders to reflect on.
"What sort of a leader they are?"
It makes them aware, why people should follow them, or want to follow them.
It also shows where they need to fill the gap with other leaders stronger in the areas of their style weakness.

Outstanding #leaders are always aiming higher and higher.
They do it to keep themselves motivated and focused, and also, to have a reason to do better than before. By giving themselves challenge, they are always growing and leading other to do the same.
