Had unplanned day off yesterday (younger kid sick, had to stay home), today also home, as school closed & took day hols for it. Used that time to make #kimchi 🤤 love the colours, already smells delicious 😋 Had to put it on windowsill to take the pic, so dark here today with all the rain ☔😶 #vegan

Pumpkin pie spice oat bars 🎃🌱 Only 3 ingredients (pumpkin puree, oats, maple syrup) & spices, that's all! 😋 No oil/fat! Turned out really nice👌🏻 hoping there'll be some leftover for my lunch box for the week🤞🏻😅

Trying new #vegan festive "sausage" & cranberry wreath from Aldi. It says "serves 8" on the box, yeah right 😂 it's perfect dinner portion for 4 plus some side veggies. Verdict: it's fine, sausage/cranberry mix has some bite to it which is nice. Still in my freezer mushroom & squash version to try.
