my friend did gift me some money for Xp-pen Deco Pro Medium and I was literally SHOCKED that for other artists drawing always felt like this (I cant explain this feeling between old shitty tablet and new one)

Last 3 days Im trying to fix some issues with Clip Studio Paint.
First of them is mouse doesnt work on canvas. It just disappears when I move my mouse over the canvas and doesnt work. I tried everything I found and it didnt help me at all.
