My sister had both legs amputated in 2012. The government decided that she was no longer disabled when she enrolled in an associate degree program.
This decision resulted in my sister owing $33k and now they cut my mom’s social security until they get the $33k.

As a 68-year-old Navy veteran who lives unless than 1,200 a month and receives SNAP benefits. I have now had to go to eating one meal every other day. Just to make what food I have last. I have only one question why do I have to live like this!
