4 Republicans out of 219 in the House voted for the discharge petition to have a vote on releasing the Epstein files.

FOUR. That's 1.8% of the caucus.

Now Megyn Kelly is saying 15-year-olds are fair game for trafficking???

STOP COVERING FOR PEDOPHILES, GOP!!

The SCOTUS administrative stay is a terrible thing for 42 million Americans who are uncertain if they'll have food in November.

But make sure to blame the *real* villain: Convicted Felon Donald Trump. It was his decision to appeal in the first place.

Trump could just fully fund the SNAP benefits.

We're waiting for the 1st Circuit to rule. SCOTUS has advised they should act without delay because if they deny the stay pending appeal, the SCOTUS stay expires in 48 hours.

President Obama isn’t mincing words: Trump’s crew is rigging the rules to dodge the people’s judgment. Prop 50 is California’s line in the sand—a fight for fair maps, fair votes, and real democracy.

The nation’s watching. Let’s draw the line. ✊

Don’t let Republicans rig another election! Prop 50 defends fair play by giving California voters—not politicians—the final say on temporary congressional maps.

Power belongs to the people, not backroom deals.

Stand up and vote #VoteDemToday—our democracy depends on it.

Republicans redrew maps to silence voters—especially communities of color. California’s doing the opposite. Prop 50 gives you the power to approve temporary maps, keeping representation fair and democracy strong. Power to the people, not politicians.

It’s go time, New Jersey! 🚨 Jack backs Trump’s extremist agenda to the hilt—he’d choose MAGA over YOU in a heartbeat. We must elect Mikie Sherrill to defend our democracy, our rights, and our freedom. The stakes are too high to sit this out. 🗳️ #VoteDemToday #MikieSherrill

Throughout her career — and throughout this campaign — she’s always put Virginians first. As governor, she’ll do the same: leading with integrity, courage, and a commitment to every community.

House Republicans are enjoying that right now while millions of families struggle to make ends meet without a paycheck.

I hate being lied to. I find it extremely hard to forgive someone who lies to me once.

Why do so many Americans get off on being lied to—not just occasionally but hundreds of times—by a man who knows he’s lying and that his lies are so deranged they’re an insult to the intelligence of his audience?
LOL -- Trump is now claiming he's about to secure 21 TRILLION DOLLARS of investments so far in his second term. His fake number keeps going up and up almost daily, and the entire US GDP is $30 trillion, so yeah, he's full of it.

Recent videos of extremist settler violence against Palestinians in the West Bank are horrifying. I have demanded an explanation from the Israeli Embassy.

The President and the US Ambassador must ensure that this violence stops immediately and that the perpetrators are brought to justice.

There's no separate dedicated account for the tariff revenue. They can rhetorically claim that's where it's coming from but that's meaningless, it's simply the Treasury's general fund, the vast majority of which is from income taxes.

The president either has authority to do something or he doesn’t. He does not get to do expand his powers with his pen.
President Trump on Wednesday signed a memorandum expanding his administration’s authority to repurpose unspent federal funds to pay members of the military during the government shutdown, escalating his challenge to the authority of Congress on spending matters.
Trump Signs Memo Expanding His Authority to Spend Federal Money
The president gave Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth wide authority to repurpose funds to pay members of the military without approval from Congress, which has the sole constitutional authority to decide federal spending.

The executive spending money on paying the military without congressional approval is "fall of the Roman republic" behavior.
The executive branch not spending the money that Congress has told them to spend is bad. The executive branch spending money on things for which Congress has not given them money is also bad (and, arguably, worse).
