Source tells me that Michael Massey agreed to a $1.57 million contract (as @AriA1exander first said).

The #Royals hired Mike McFerran as asst. pitching coach, replacing Zach Bove. McFerran was the A's pitching performance coach in '24 and Minor League pitching coordinator in '25. Before that, he was the pitching lab coordinator and director of player development at Wake Forest.
