I am so lucky to have the world's most terrible, distracting, and adorable studio assistant. He shows up whenever he wants, attacks my pins, falls asleep on the job, drools on my work, hates baths, and digs up my plants. I do miss him when he goes outside to do his business #studioartist #onmyterms

Finally got the book! Grateful to Gillian Anderson for putting words like sex, pleasure, and motherhood in one sentence. Oh the vulva dress was gorgeous too. Go out and buy the actual book, anonymously. Or not. #want

I like my adrenaline hot hot hot 🔥 in the hot shop - I really really miss it. What a blessing of analogue, high adrenaline bliss it was - literally playing with fire (don't tell my kids:)

going to art school in my 40s was anything but boring

I am starting to think my cat likes my art. This piece was meant as my interpretation of Courbet's Origine du Monde 1866 painting (at Musee D'Orsay in Paris, but banned by the internet), from the perspective of the model as the createress of the universe, but if it works as a cat nest, so be it.

I'd like to introduce myself to this escape from Meta - I am an artist, sculptor, and mom working across sculpture, photography, and installation. Old time technique of lost wax brings me to old time materials - fiber, bronze, and especially glass forming - and the forceful poetry of our biology.
