Being loved properly is top tier

Excuse the no makeup, bumming it, selfie…but I joined Planet Fitness today. As a former fitness instructor, I KNOW that physical activity is a direct correlation to both physical and mental health and I have not made it a priority. This isn’t just about looking better, it’s about feeling better. 💪

It’s not about what I deserve, it’s what I allow. I KNOW I deserve better but I’ve allowed this behavior out of a sense of love and misguided loyalty. I won’t, I can’t continue to allow the disrespect.
Can people change? Yes. Will they? Probably not. Always holding out hope is slowly killing me.
