I agree, I never was great at gymnastics - I'm afraid of heights for one thing - but I absolutely loved how it made me feel. If the process brings you joy at whatever level you participate - then do it ❤️

In New Zealand we have individual unisex bathrooms - problem solved. Each bathroom has a washbasin and toilet. wheelchair friendly. Accessible to any age, gender variation, family etc.

I broke my promise to myself and I stayed up late to complete this picture - knowing I have to get up for work at 4am. Reflecting on #nature, the wisdom of #indigenous people, & the magic of the simple art of water harvesting. We don't have to be victims of #fires & #floods

I broke my promise to myself and I stayed up late to complete this picture - knowing I have to get up for work at 4am. Reflecting on #nature, the wisdom of #indigenous people, & the magic of the simple art of water harvesting. We don't have to be victims of #fires & #floods

I'm starting to draw my truth. again. I used to sit in my room in my early twenties drawing and painting with my 6 year old housemate. She inspired me to draw flowers with faces - my gran told me my pictures weren't "Christian". So I hid my leanings towards the magical & mythical. #wip

I'm not against AI art. I created 50,000+ images on midjourney and I found the process really interesting BUT I missed the feeling I have when I create my own less than perfect images with pen and paper. So I stopped AI and I started my art therapy journal. It satisfies my inner child.

I'm not against AI art. I created 50,000+ images on midjourney and I found the process really interesting BUT I missed the feeling I have when I create my own less than perfect images with pen and paper. So I stopped AI and I started my art therapy journal. It satisfies my inner child.
