with all of that said, I would like to focus the next few months reading, trying to translate short form texts, poetry and essays, doing more research so that I feel more prepared for whatever I decide to work on next. 💚

I forgot to write on here on Monday, but just in case, I completed this recent project of translating Terayama's radio drama titled Comet Ikeya, aired in 1966. link below!

Terayama's unique attitude to writing in which he invents words and renames things, changes references as he wishes or references things only he understands really makes the process of translating his works.... fun 🧍‍♀️

slowly starting on my next project and someone needs to tell me what erasers mean to Terayama... I know people associate old clocks with him but erasers are everywhere in his works if you look close enough
