I miei pargoli vivono una settimana da me e una dalla loro mamma. Ho una fissazione: “devono mangiare cose buone anche se non riesco a tornare per pranzo”. La domenica prima del loro arrivo - tipo oggi - cucino, preparo, surgelo, impacchetto sotto vuoto. Vengo posseduto dal fantasma di Nonna Papera.

Il kaisersemmel è il pane della mia infanzia. Farina bianca, lievito, malto, acqua e sale. La parte superiore è divisa in cinque segmenti separati da tagli, ricordano un po’ una corona. Una curiosità: è il progenitore della michetta milanese.

Amazing to realize that in 2023 "circus animals" still exist. Realities like the splendid Cirque du soleil have long taught us that circus art is human talent without deprivation, that we do not need living toys to be caged for our entertainment.

Incredibile rendersi conto che nel 2023 esistano ancora gli “animali da circo”. Realtà come lo splendido cirque du soleil ci hanno insegnato da tempo che l’arte circense è talento umano senza privazione, che non servono giocattoli viventi da ingabbiare per il nostro svago.

Incredibile rendersi conto che nel 2023 esistano ancora gli “animali da circo”. Realtà come lo splendido cirque du soleil ci hanno insegnato da tempo che l’arte circense è talento umano senza privazione, che non servono giocattoli viventi da ingabbiare per il nostro svago.

In autocracies, dissent is fought with social isolation, imprisonment or death. But there is always also a (not minority) share of consent. Often even outside national borders. Lenin called them "useful idiots of the West."

Nelle autocrazie il dissenso viene combattuto con l’isolamento sociale, col carcere o con la morte. Ma c’è sempre anche una quota (non minoritaria) di consenso. Spesso anche fuori dai confini nazionali. Lenin li definiva "utili idioti dell'Occidente".
