Yikes. Going through HS focus groups right now and one group of student's "one word to describe school" are back-to-back: Involved, Stressful, Invasive. 😩

There is NOTHING Trump or his administration can say or do to reduce economic uncertainty.
So yesterday he said he’s not firing Powell. Whoop de do. As if this is a permanent state of affairs that one could base predictions on.

US companies are screwed.
No one will trust their products - either digital or physical - since they must do whatever the administration says or face its wrath. (Is there a kill switch?)
No one will *want* to support US businesses because America has become an untrustworthy rogue state.

What is happening now is that the US government is still bearing the name and rituals of its former self but there is no more ‘there’ there.
It’s a ship of Theseus that is now misnamed and all predictions made about it having the characteristics of the USA are null and void.
