I only have questions. I see
systemic change that could happen to
make the PhD process far less
extractive of energy. A system isn’t sustainable if it’s not contributing to social, economic and environmental wellbeing. I have great supervisors but for those that don’t it’s even harder.

Two and a half years into my PhD, I’ve been wondering aloud in informal, small conversations with fellow students:
