People a block over were throwing out their metal flamingos. We took them, got a flamingo hat from Spirit Halloween, and had our 12 ft skeleton start a flock.

I wanted it to look very scrapped-together, so I mixed a metallic silver with different colors to make the metal parts different. The wood is actually primarily a flesh wash so it would go into the texture lines of the wood.
