There has been a somewhat mixed response to the announcement by the Secretary of State for Education on the reintroduction of means-tested maintenance grants, to be funded by a new levy on international student fee income.

Lol won the Best Cinematography award for his work on The Brutalist, for which he also won a BAFTA last month.
