Remember when cars got ridiculously expensive and stock ran out somewhere around 2018? That was in part because of tariffs on steel, which definitely didn't help the American economy in any way and is the direct cause of me still driving this 2014 Corolla that I hate instead of a newer, nicer car.

Corporations are pulling their DEI programs for the exact same reason that they instituted them in the first place: they're going along to get along. Never forget, a corporation's loyalty is to the shareholder, not the greater good.

I think this is really, really important. I highly suggest spending 9 minutes to watch, but the extremely short summary is that instead of asking "when has is gone too far", we need to be committing ourselves to the point where we will take action.
