We are extremely proud to have been awarded an EXIST-Forschungstransfer grant to develop new optical filters based on #organic #polaritons towards market readiness.
The new filters will enable new optical applications with higher fields of view, higher range and lower noise in many fields.
Congratulations to @andreasphysics.bsky.social and @thegatherlab.bsky.social for winning 1.1 Mio € start-up funding for their new filter technology! 💐🎆
💶Start-up project from the #UniCologne supported with 1.1 million euros. The PoLightFilters project is developing a groundbreaking filter technology that significantly reduces optical noise and opens up new paths in photonics, sensorics, and display technology. 📱🌟
