Exhibition wrapped up smoothly in one evening (still recovering from the show) and we managed to sell two pieces! Yay!
Today I learned it was quite common for artists to get sick after gallery grand opening days due to the sudden cortisol drop. I tried making soup but my body isn’t having it right now. 💀 if anyone would like to uber me a meal I would be grateful 🙏🏻

Surprise! I’m including an ancestral altar in my show b/c I want my grandparents with me (fitting b/c family day is also the exhibit opening day). I like to think my grandpas on both sides gifted me creativity & entrepreneur skills as they were both very successful in their career before the VN war.

The hardest thing to do as a small business is picking which platforms to stay on. I have a growing community on IG and I am getting recognized but I really want to bring down the “big three”… if everyone collectively migrated to other platforms it would work

I made a not-so-hard decision to permanently delete my Fb & blogspot (& Twitter after it was hacked). I realize that if I stop my personal attachment to social media, I can control what I want. At the end of the day it’s the collective that these elites rely on & I refuse to give them power.
