Why I do what I do: met a former palliative care nurse & was describing how devout Muslims can hold up a single finger to represent the Shahadah if they're unable to speak. She'd never heard of this.

Check out our new paper! 📰 We learned a lot about how the end-of-life care planning toolkit works in practice - and a lot about how to evaluate things in the future (talking to peole and short and straightforward surveys!). The toolkit is still available on: www.victoriaandstuart.com

We tested our toolkit with Support Workers, who said they had lovely eye-opening conversations with the people they support. They also said that printing the resources is a challenge during a busy workday (our new Print & Deliver project to the rescue!). We learned a lot!
