Question for anyone familiar with Godot! Is it possible to do cut scenes with still images?
Like if you get a villagers affection to a point you trigger a dialog scene, but at certain points a still image (hand drawn) displays on the screen like a comic book panel?

I am fighting the urge to give them a tail simply because I think it'd be cute and it would allow for some expressive animations.

Godot player state machine got me stressing over why my little sprite guy won't move anymore. Definitely one of those moments where I'm gonna start over instead of combing through all the code to see what's wrong.
Also I have no idea what's wrong so there's that.

I opened Godot again while listening to the Kpop Demon Hunters soundtrack for the first time and the little character I coded actually moved around on the screen!

Crashed three times before I downloaded some other part for whatever helps with the thingy but it's working now probably maybe I think.
Gonna try to make a box and make it move. Wish me luck! 😵💫

I know it's true for a lot of artists but it's a smidge of a bummer when your OC doesn't get as many likes and reposts as fanart.
Like I get it, not as recognizable as a video game or anime character, plus I add stuff like fox tails and black sclera.
Doesn't get me down like it used to at least.
