At the office for my first laser hair treatment on my face. A little nervous and hope it works. In a previous life I was sometimes mistaken as Santa 😂. Now I’m making sure that’s never going to happen again!

Traveled to the bay area today for a medical appointment. Def Leppard blasting in car on the way makes it difficult for a girl to act her own age what ever that means. Being the wise old woman that I am, I now understand the importance of when to “act my age” and when it’s ok to let go and have fun.

I’ve heard from a lot of people that we can expect some real dark days ahead. Today I heard a word of encouragement from a transgender I follow, Erin Reed. She says to “find joy in the darkness that surrounds us”. What wisdom that is!

Today is a blue day! I did a quick calculation, it used to take me 15 minutes max to shower, shave and dress to be ready for work. Now? 40 minutes minimum!
