Die russische Plage hat wieder massiv mit Luftangriffsmitteln die Infrastruktur angegriffen. Dabei wurden ein 22 und ein 9-stöckiges Wohnhaus getroffen.
Bisher sind eine tote und sieben verletzte Personen bestätigt.
