Last night at my oldest son's bball game I helped keep score with the gym's employee. He asked me which player was mine and I said, 'The one with the mask.' He told me he didn't want to assume anything (I had a mask on too) but 'I respect what you're doing.'
I'm proud of my 5th grader.
