Okay so the fasting needs work but I did a morning OMAD of 900cal. It about 300cal to 500cal smaller then I have been doing. I am at my boyfriends place to night so skipping an evening meal will be easy. We will see how things go.

Our views on food have been so screwed up that no one know what too much or too little food looks like. No one can tell good from bad. One thing says this another that. Stop being manipulate and educate yourself. Having the knowledge and then implementing it for yourself is the best way.

Why buy junk food?? Does it make you feel better? NO. Does it help you get your goals? NO. Does it have the nutritional value your body needs? NO. so why eat it? Is it just because for a few seconds it tastes good and triggers a dopamine spike. What about when it's all over? Was it worth it?

The best foods are the least processed. Food manufacturers are focused on profits over everything else and what is the best customer. One who is addicted, one who will always come back. So they make the food as addictive as possible. No regards to anything else. It's all profit.
