Labour's 2024 manifesto promised our NHS would always be "publicly owned and publicly funded".

Now they are talking about reintroducing PFI into our NHS.

PFI would set a ticking time bomb under our NHS that will blow up in patients' faces - ACT NOW.

You know it’s autumn when you see: the ladybirds huddled up together, the sturdy stemmed Verbena bonariensis swaying in the wind, and the crispy colour-changing yellowy-orange leaves gracefully falling off of the trees… #autumn 🐞🪴🌬️🍂

I feel bad for admitting and saying this as there was so much suffering. 😢

But when we had to isolate during the pandemic, I managed okay. When in a bipolar depressive episode, I don’t go out or see anyone, live very basic etc.

So for once, I felt on par with everyone else, within my ‘normal’. 💭👤🧠

🍂🌬️ I know that many people will be dreading the colder months’ arrival and may even experience SAD.

However, I long for them…as my mood climbs. 🎭🎢
