I am delighted to receive an honourable mention for the 2024 Fernando Coronil Prize from the Venezuelan Studies Section of @lasa.congress for my book Predatory Economies. It is fantastic to receive this recognition, particularly for an award in the name of a scholar whose work I greatly admire!
