By far one of the best books I have ever read in my life. The Buffalo Hunter Hunter by @sgj.bsky.social grabbed me by the soul and didn’t let go. Listening to it in audiobook format added an extra layer to the depth of the characters and the pain felt by each of them.

Finished this one (audio format) while in bed sick yesterday. It was fun and light (compared to most of the books I read with supernatural themes). I can’t wait to read the next one in the series.

A great mix of horror and the supernatural. Not what I expected at all and I loved every moment of this book. If you enjoy a good haunted house story, give this one a try!

I wanted to love it. I really did. When I discovered a new Jackson Brodie novel I was over the moon. However, this one has too much going on. I’m sure it all ties together at some point, but it felt very cluttered to me. Too many things happening at one time to make it make sense in my brain.
