That's me in the corner; that's me in the spotlight.
Would it be MORE or LESS alarming...

...if I explain to the askance-looking passers-by that I'm not talking to MYSELF...

...I'm telling the derpy robinlets how great their test flights look?

I mean, we've been trying to up our gardening game, but I never expected to grow a Beast!

Welp, okay, today went awry at the expense of my evening plans. BUT. My boss is all-caps-level happy with me, I scored an unexpected dinner with the Beast, my soothing Oberon is so cold as to be ever-so-slightly slushy, and I've got a new KJ Charles novel on Kindle. *happy happy happy*

Awww, y'all, I don't know. Everything is awful. And yet now it's light in the evening, and I'm all warm in a patch of sunlight. And I can't make those things exist together in a way that's true.

And the mood has swiftly gone from "heyyyy, crocus bud!" to "UGH, snow showers." Fifty-mumble years of awkward seasonal transition and I'm STILL annoyed about it.

Icky Bird has claimed my lap, and his Mighty Feralness has... feelings about it.

I mean an ADVANTAGE of being one of the few idiots to miss the "it's too cold; everyone wfh" emails is belting shamelessly in the deserted office....

*chilly silver linings*

Amy: ...and I've never been a "title" person; pay me commensurate with my duties and for all I care you can call me the Company Cat.

Coworker: You'd let us call you the Company Cat regardless.

Amy: ... ... ...Meow. BUT THE POINT STANDS.

Timing-based sequence: wrapping, dropping backwards off your sling, and rebounding back up into a hip key

You do indeed have the timing down: completing the sequence even though your tshirt covered your face when you dropped backwards off your sling

*let's not do that again Amy*
*no argument here*

Would it be MORE or LESS alarming...

...if I offset my terrible habit of peering into the front windows of the houses I walk past...

...by carrying a sign that says "I'm not casing the joint - I'm just looking for your pets"?

2+ hours fighting with a formula... and it turns out that no, no, the formula is fine... one of the lines in the spreadsheet is just possessed. Moving all the data to below the possessed line solved the problem. WHAT.

A snow-dusted sidewalk at dawn, marked by two sets of side-by-side tracks: 1) a small person; 2) a large rabbit. ❤️
